Why UVLED curing lamps are cold light sources

UV LED as a cold light source is relative to traditional mercury lamp UV, which means that when UV light is irradiated on the surface of the product, the temperature of UVLED irradiation will be significantly lower than that of traditional mercury lamp irradiation. The analysis is as follows: LED UV light source is a single wavelength, while traditional UV lamp is a wide range of 200-400nm. For applications in different fields (UV curing, UV disinfection and sterilization, UV plant lamps), LED UV can be made into corresponding wavelengths according to needs, Mercury lamps cover all wavelengths, and only one wavelength is actually useful.
